The instructions are a bit of a waste of paper to be honest, they're simple enough to fit, you just need to be a little brave and trust they're not going to snap/bend when you first start putting them on.

Do look great when on though.

however well easy to fit anyway (slot in the front, slot in the back, then work 'em in with your thumbs carefully from front to back) and they do indeed do the business!
