Terms and ConditionsSTOCK AND AVAILABILITY Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in the store are always in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of supply.
Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case the product will list as Out of Stock.
Some products may be listed as Display only and can not be purchased. These items are up and coming additions to our suppliers range.
If an item is out of stock on our web site, and we cannot get any more stock, we will generally remove the item from sale. However, if there is an item you are really trying to get hold of, email us at Enquiries@teamtorquesteer.co.uk with the details of the item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to try and get it for you.
Please note: The products illustrated on this web site are as seen. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and computing processes will allow. Please remember when comparing prices, many items sent to UK addresses includes free postage and packing.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY COSTS The majority of items shipped to UK addresses are sent via Royal Mail.
The following shipping costs apply:
UK - £4.99 - Dependent on weight (Many items are free)
Mainland Europe - £20-£30 (UK Pounds).
Outside Europe - £40 (UK Pounds)
For large/heavy items outside of the UK please enquire about shipping costs as extra postage may have to be added.
We try and ensure that all instock items are despatched within 48 hours but customers in the UK should allow 10 days for delivery before contacting us.
Customers outside the UK should allow at least 28 days for delivery.
On orders containing multiple items, and to keep shipping costs down, all items will be shipped together if at all possible. This may cause a delay to orders where a certain item is on back-order.

Is shopping on the Internet safe? - Communication between you, us and Worldpay is encrypted using the SSL mechanism built into your browser. This ensures that even if someone were able to monitor the traffic between you and the Worldpay server, they would not be able to read it. Encryption is used on all pages within the Worldpay system, making Internet shopping as safe as possible
How do we protect the Buyers Data? - The Worldpay and Team Torquesteer software sits behind a corporate firewall. Access to this machine is strictly controlled, preventing unauthorized access to your personal data. Once you have passed your Credit Card details to Team Torquesteer, they are stored on the Worldpay server in an encrypted format.
Do you check for fraudulent cards? - When Worldpay receive your Credit Card details, an on-line check of your Credit Card is conducted with their Acquiring bankers. This process ensures the number you entered actually corresponds to a real credit card number and is not a bogus card. The Worldpay system also checks various "Hot Card lists" to ensure that no fraudulent use is being made of any Credit Card. This on-line verification of your details is carried out over a secure line to the bank. Credit Card data is, at no time, sent over the Internet during the validation process
Is the transaction Real-Time? - All Credit Card transactions are completed in real-time. After you have confirmed your purchase, we make an immediate connection to our bank to verify the card and amount, so that authorization is given before we complete the order. Do I have any Legal Protection? - You are protected by the normal laws of England, in particular The Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 (c. 35) and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (c.43)

*With all orders please ensure full contact details ie email address, phone number and address are included. GUARANTEE/RETURNS All products are thoroughly checked against defects prior to despatch. Many of the products for the Focus RS and Fiesta ST are test fitted on our own cars to ensure correct fittment/suitability.
If you are unhappy with any item purchased then please return it within 14 days of purchase to obtain a complete refund.
Items must be returned by registered post and in its original condition and packaging. Team Torquesteer are not responsible for return postage costs unless the item purchased is defective.
Proof of purchase is also required. Whilst every effort is made to ensure fitting of our products are a simple, straight forward process, Team Torquesteer Limited will not be held responsible for any damage caused by improper fitting of any products. If you have any doubt on how to fit a part then please consult an expert.
This does not affect your statutory rights. TTS LOYALTY POINTS SCHEME Every time you purchase from us, you will now be awarded a point for every £1 spent (excluding Shipping where chargeable). Your points will accumulate in your account and can simply be used as a cash payment against any future order. To find out your points total, just log in to your account and click on Order Information. The total points in your account will be shown, together with the cash value. You can use them all as soon as you earn them or save them up for something big. Only online orders will earn loyalty points. PLEASE NOTE. Points are only valid for 12 months and any unused points will expire and be valueless after that time.
CANCELLED ORDERS Due to charges imposed by WorldPay/Steamline/PayPal, all cancelled orders, of which payment has already been cleared, whether despatched or not, will be subject to a 10% administration charge.
